Thanks, Trevor. I'm working on a couple of options. The standard that I feel everyone is using now is LinkedIn messaging. The second method is having a company set up warm calls in a pay-per-call situation.

Thank you for sharing—your work at Zenith Project sounds fantastic! Automating outreach with AI to enhance lead generation is definitely a game-changer. One challenge I’ve noticed in this space, though, is finding an AI tool that can seamlessly handle LinkedIn follow-ups once a lead responds. Most tools I’ve tested do a great job with the initial outreach and programmed follow-ups, but as soon as there’s a reply, I have to step in manually.

It’s an area where a more advanced solution could make a big difference, especially for managing conversations at scale while maintaining personalization. I’d love to hear how you’ve navigated this or if you’ve come across any innovative approaches.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Cheers,
Felix

That sounds intriguing! Just to clarify, does your AI tool specifically address the LinkedIn challenge I mentioned—seamlessly managing follow-ups after a lead responds, while maintaining the conversation’s personalization? Most tools I’ve tested still rely on manual intervention at that stage, so I’m curious if your solution overcomes this limitation.

Looking forward to learning more about your approach!

Cheers,
Felix

Hi Bryan,

I have to start by saying I have a ton of respect for the way you approach outreach. Cold calling is not for the faint of heart, and yet you’ve clearly developed a talent for not only breaking the ice but doing it in a way that builds genuine curiosity. That’s a rare skill in a world where most people either push too hard or don’t push at all. The fact that you can pivot so naturally from a LinkedIn connection request to asking thoughtful, open-ended questions that actually start meaningful conversations—that’s an art form, and it’s clear you’ve mastered it.

As for your question about events like Bandwidth & Brunch, I think you’re spot-on in your observation. They can either be a goldmine for fresh ideas and connections, or simply a pleasant social outing that helps you step away from the daily grind. For me, the value often comes in the unexpected moments—the chance encounter with someone you didn’t plan to meet, the side conversation that sparks a new collaboration, or even a fresh perspective from a casual remark over coffee. While I always appreciate the social aspect, I tend to look for those nuggets of insight or connection that can lead to something bigger down the road.

It’s one of the reasons I enjoy what I do—technology advising is as much about people and relationships as it is about solutions and platforms. Conversations like this, where someone asks “why” and digs deeper, are where those connections start.

So, credit where credit is due—you ask the kind of questions that open doors. And I think that’s one of the most valuable skills anyone in business can have.

Cheers,
Michael

Totally agree with you too – some of the best opportunities start as unexpected side conversations. That blend of people, timing, and curiosity is where so many things unlock

Out of curiosity, do you ever find that some of your biggest breakthroughs with clients come from those same kinds of “off-script” moments?

ZP started generating meetings in just the first week, far surpassing my expectations of a multi-week ramp-up. Each day brings new conversations with senior decision-makers at medium and large-sized mining companies, like American Gold and Silver, a dream client. Their system connects us with exactly the right people, opening doors to high-value opportunities with minimal effort.

I’ve tried a lot of things to help make my outreach on LinkedIn better, make it better, faster, easier to manage, and this is the best thing that I’ve found so far. It uses this perfect blend of AI automation and human oversight to automate outreach on LinkedIn… I don’t want to be this guy that just spams people, but I wanted to be able to scale it up and do more of it while maintaining quality—this struck the balance. It could change the way you approach LinkedIn outreach.

Zenith Project effortlessly starts conversations for me on LinkedIn, saving me brain power while booking qualified appointments with minimal input on my part. It even connected me with a major franchise CEO, opening up huge opportunities. These Zenith Project connections are invaluable.
